Slate
Managed by the Graduate Studies team, Slate is a web application and CRM that will streamline the processes of data collection, review, rating, communication and decision-making for graduate student admission and fellowship applications.
Access
- Slate Reader: Used by admission committee members and other application reviewers to view applications for admission to graduate programs.
- Slate Application Management: Used by Graduate Program Coordinators and Graduate Studies staff.

GradHub
GradHub is a portal for graduate program staff, advisors and faculty and Graduate Studies staff to access information and documents related to UC Davis graduate students and alumni. GradHub allows program faculty and staff to track graduate student records, milestones, and other elements in one place.

GradSphere
GradSphere is a workflow management tool allowing students, faculty, and staff more direct and insightful access to Graduate Studies processes. You can read more about GradSphere here.

eDocs
eDocs is a helpful solution for the storage and sharing of documents related to your graduate students and postdoctoral scholars. Because of its integration with GradHub, it’s perhaps most useful as a place to keep documents linked to individuals which are of relevance to others in your unit, staff in Graduate Studies, or the individuals themselves.

People and Role Manager
People and Role Manager (PRM) is a system used to track faculty and staff roles across departments, graduate programs, graduate groups, and within Graduate Studies.
Access
- PRM can be accessed by visiting prm.gs.ucdavis.edu.
- Graduate Program Coordinators and faculty advisors automatically get access. If you have access issues, please contact gradsystems@ucdavis.edu to receive assistance.
- Graduate Program Coordinators and faculty leadership can submit faculty program membership and role changes directly to Graduate Studies using the Membership Survey.

Programs Manager is a database containing information (contact information, degree requirements, etc.) for all Graduate Programs. The program information on the Graduate Studies website is fed from Programs Manager.

Student Progress Assessment
The Student Progress Assessment (SPA) is a tool which facilitates, communicates, and documents an evaluation of a graduate student’s progress in their degree program. This evaluation includes questions to guide graduate student and faculty discussions on professional development plans, coursework requirements, exam or thesis/dissertation progress, goals and expectations, and meeting/communication expectations. The annual progress meeting creates an opportunity for mentors to discuss how graduate students can successfully meet their unique academic and professional goals. The content and format was developed and approved by Graduate Council, in collaboration with the Graduate Student Association and Graduate Studies.

GradTrack$
GradTrack$ Graduate Award Tracking System enables graduate program coordinators to track allocation account balances, review fellowship awards, and check if a Banner Fund Code Request needs to be submitted for an account.

Stats
Graduate Studies strives to provide timely and reliable graduate student data in the form of interactive data visualization tools to assist the graduate education community at UC Davis in meeting its institutional goals. Launched in 2017, the Stats system provides the graduate education community with statistics and comprehensive data reports on graduate student admissions, enrollment, and graduation. Currently the Stats tool is updated through Fall 2021, detailed program reports are available through Fall 2023 at the "Reports" tab.
