Counseling Services (part of Student Health and Counseling Services) provides student-centered mental health services, advocacy, outreach, and consultation to promote psychological well-being and academic success. Meeting with a counselor can help students clarify issues, explore options, and cope more effectively.

Individual Counseling
Individual counseling services are offered via secure video conferencing or by telephone consultation. Schedule an appointment via the Health-e-Messaging secure portal.
Group Counseling
Group services are a great way to meet with other students who can relate to one another. Students will find a forum of peer support, gaining strength as they share their feelings and experiences with other students who are facing the same obstacles as themselves.
